When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. West Country Homeware may accept or decline an order where we are unable to fulfil it, where there is a payment or pricing issue, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellation, returns and refunds are handle in accordance with our Return Policy and your statutory rights. Customers purchasing standard goods online normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. Certain goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from this cancellation right. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet legal requirements.
Purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Many of our items are handmade to order. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to be made and dispatched.
Delivery times provided are estimates and may occasionally be effected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you where possible.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person you have identified to receive them on your behalf.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
