We accept returns with in 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

As many of our products are made to order, custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
